Every lottery ticket that you do not purchase means less $$$ for Quebec.

Every bottle of wine, etc. purchased outside of QC means less $$ for Quebec.

15.5% sales tax in Quebec         0% sales tax in New Hampshire Sales taxes in NY and VT are under half of what they are in QC.

Sales tax is 2% less in Ontario.

Gasoline in QC costs around 30% more than in NH

Do you really need to support retailers that will not put up English signs in the West Island?

What has Quebec done for you lately? 🙂 Does Quebec deserve anything from you?

It is time for people to vote with their wallets and hurt the xenophobic Gouvernement du Quebec.

  1. Good for you. I agree, we need to end the discrimination against English-speakers in this province of an English majority country.

  2. “The sovereignty of one’s self over one’s self is called Liberty”.

I went to highschool as an “illegal” – 1983-1986.
I am Canadian, born in Canada, and could not legally go to an English school.
I went as an illegal, because the law, bill 101, made it illegal for me, a 13 year old (who had always gone to an English school) to go to school in English in Quebec.
I did not have the sovereignty over one’s self, nore the liberty to choose.
Many still do not have the liberty to choose, and as such, do not have the sovereignty over one’s self in the Province of Quebec.
    More “light” is needed.
